We signed up for the Atlassian Intelligence trial and so are supposed to still have access to the AI features. We do not have access to the Issue summarization (the main thing we were excited about), nor the virtual agent. Is this not part of the trial that extends to later in 2024?

Hello @Francis Batilo - thanks so much for your reply. The comments field does use the wiki renderer, I'm assuming that's what you mean, since those are the things will be summarized.. And yes we have AI functionality enabled.
I want to be clear that we have the Standard plan, but that we signed up for the trial and were "grandfathered in" until later in 2024, when we know we'll have to go to premium if we want to continue using the AI features. Could that be the issue? We are able to use the Generative AI feature in the editors right now, but I was really hoping we could try the summarize feature while evaluating whether we switch to premium.
