What is the JSM Operations Reports?

A set of configurable dashboards that surface the metrics and insights around areas such as Alerts, On-Call, Notifications Operations teams rely on every day.

A modern, configurable team-level/all teams summary that has -

• OOTB template: Provides OOTB template to get you started quickly
• Customization: Resize, reorder, add/remove rows, and switch templates as you wish
• Configurable widgets and filters: Add from 25+ prebuilt chart templates or create charts from scratch with filters and different visualization types.
• AI-powered chart insight: Get AI generated insights to spot patterns and trendsin your chart data

Quick question, in our current view, is there a reason why I am not seeing Reports under Operations? We are on JSM Premium.

Secondly, what would you say differentiates JSM Operations Reports from Dashboards? Would JSM Operations Reports be purely just for the current JSM space? Interested to know other community members thoughts on this.

Looks better than the current reporting.

One question. Will Users be displayed with their actual displayName or with their UUID?

I ask because the reporting module in Assets, which looks awfully similar, shows the users UUID and that is just useless.

@Yatish Madhav - Let me reach out to via email to check on 1.  For your question on 2,JSM Operations Reporting is focused to the team construct (aligned usually to your on-call teams). So the metrics roll up per team or across all teams whereas the Dashboards (firstly in the older experience) is more for custom reporting needs across Jira family of apps, it does not necessarily provide a team bound operational surface focused on your day-to-day JSM Ops capabilities . Also, current version of Dashboards will not provide the customization capabilities that we are rolling out for JSM Operations reports.
