We're excited to open up an Early Access Program (EAP) for the new AI Control Center in Jira Service Management. If your team is turning on AI across JSM and needs a single place to see it, control it, and prove its value, this one's for you.

What is the JSM AI Control Center?
The AI Control Center is a JSM-native governance plane: one place for JSM admins to see what AI is running in their instance, control it, and understand its value.

What we're shipping in the first version
The first release brings your JSM AI footprint into one view, so you're not guessing what's running or what it costs:

1. AI Capability Registry - every native JSM AI feature that consumes Rovo credits, across all your JSM spaces, in a single list. One place to answer "what AI is actually running in my instance?"
2. AI Audit Logs - a full audit trail for each AI capability in the registry, so you can show your security and compliance teams exactly what AI did and when.
3. AI Usage Dashboards - track invocations and Rovo credit consumption (where applicable) for JSM AI capabilities, so you can see adoption and cost at a glance.

Who this EAP is for?

The EAP is open to Cloud Enterprise Edition (CEE) customers, where the AI Control Center is launching first.

Shouldn't Rovo have it's own section inside "Jira apps"? I foresee similar need for Jira Software/Business

Hi @Italo Lobato - Rovo will have a section in Admin hub as well which will have governance capabiltiies across all Atlassian apps. The one being demoed here is the specific governance capabilities we are lighting up for the JSM admin persona. A lot of these capabilities are inherited from the overall governance available to the org admin across all Atlassian apps.
