I crated a Support Website channel and wrote some articles in a connected knowledge base. They are contained within a "Resource Tiles" page element. Even though access to my Support Website is set to anyone, the Resources Tiles section and articles do not show for anonymous visitors.
I'm currently on the free version of the Atlassian products.
Any ideas on how to make the articles show up under my current version of the Service Collection.

Hi @Matt Griffin welcome to the community. I found this article from Atlassian Support about setting the space for public viewing. Not sure if you've gone through it.
Are your users using the JSM Portal or some other website. It wasn't clear from your discussion.
If you're not using the JSM Portal, have you tried setting one up for testing and seeing if you can search for articles there? Also, if you aren't, could either of these be your issue? CONFCLOUD-75717 or JSDCLOUD-18456
