Unable to login

I can't log in to the Atlassian homepage.
When I enter my email address, the password field doesn't appear.
I saw another question in the community about this, and apparently, a user had that field restored, presumably through an official support ticket:

https://community.atlassian.com/forums/Loom-questions/Unable-to-login/qaq-p/3216193

However, I'm having a problem: I can't open that support ticket because after selecting the "Account Login and Email Issues" category, it asks for my organization's URL, which should be mysitename.atlassian.net, and I don't have an organization URL since I access it through the generic atlassian.com.
Could anyone tell me if they've experienced this problem and, if so, how they resolved it?

Hello @Ismael Civera Pardo

Login troubles? (No‑login path)
If you can’t access your account to open a ticket, use this no‑login path:

  1. Visit our support page: https://www.atlassian.com/company/contact
  2. Select “Pricing, billing and licensing.”
  3. Continue without logging in.
  4. Enter your email.
  5. In “How can we help you,” select “Other.”
  6. Skip the URL fields if they don’t apply.
  7. Describe your issue in “Your Question.” This will open a ticket with Atlassian Support.
