I am unable to access my Loom account anymore, as there is no password field.

The system requires me to log in via Atlassian.
 The email I am using for Loom is my old work email address, and I don't have access to Atlassian as I am no longer part of the company. 
I cannot log in via Gmail, as I said, I don't have access to that email
Can you provide me with a chance to get access to my account?
p.s. I am sure there is a huge business logic behind removing the password field, but it is not user-friendly at all. ((

Ann- I am in the same exact boat. It is so frustrating that they switched over to this company. I also cannot access the email account that my Loom is registered under. I have over 500 videos in my library, and I need back in ASAP! I hope you got some answers. Any luck?

Opening a ticket doesn't work. Every time I do that, I receive a "technical error".

Yes, they said that they have many users with the same issue, and will let me know when it will be fixed (

@Ann -- they finally wrote back on my ticket and told me to contact them directly from the email address that I have registered under my Loom for Education account. I was literally blown away. I had JUST finished telling them that I was unable to access the email address that my Loom for Education account was registered under. I did, however, send a video recording ticket (while signed into my Loom for Education account (a few days back) to let them know that it was indeed my account and I needed help to change my email address before the merge happened, and I would be locked out. And.. that is exactly what happened. I was logged out. This is a nightmare. Who knows.

They restored the password field for me
So I was able to log in
But yes, it is a nightmare. Loom is one of my daily tools, and it was blocking me
