Issue of Login

However, there seems to be a problem with my account.

When I try to log in, I get a screen that says access denied as below.

Thank you for the advice. It seems that issue number 3 applies to me. Could you please let me know how I can get in touch with the JIRA administrator?

Seems to be you dont have permission to access to this site, you need to reach out to your site-admin or Jira-admin to grant you the access then only you can access it.

@heejin Oh Each site/organization they have the site/org admin (who has super admin rights) so in this case you need to check with your coworker. 

Also, may i ask you who has been set up this site? is this you only or someone else? if someone else then you need to check with those.
