I am unable to transfer atlassian products from one company to another

I have two companies and I want to get rid of one: Zexel Software S.L. For doing that I'm trying to transfer the products to the new one that I have just created: Zexel Software.

However, I have an 400 error "One of the organizations have vortex enabled"

Welcome to the community!

There seems to be a safety mechanism or feature in place. You need to contact atlassian support.atlassian.com to get this resolved.

Refer: One of the organizations have vortex enabled
