I am importing a CSV document and want to import comments into the existing and new tickets I create. However, when I hit the mapping part of the import wizard I am unable to find specific fields to map to, like "Comment" or "Status".
Is there a special Admin setting to expand the potential import destination?

Most important thing is that you have to use coq item -> System > External System Import -> CSV menu option to import comments and statuses.
