New to Atlassian Community

Hello everyone!

I'm just a developer.

A few years ago, I was asked to help set up Jira. I got very involved and since then I've still been setting up and developing products for Atlassian. I like these products and how they can be used to solve real problems and questions. I like Jira the most. :)

I am very grateful to everyone who takes the time to answer questions. This helps a lot!
I want to believe that the time has come when I have something to share with the community.

If possible, I would like to help specialists who configure Atlassian products and business representatives solve their problems.

Its good to have more help and more developers here, I am myself a Network and MSP person myself. 

I have been thinking of trying to work with some developers to see about MSP type integration to bring Atlassian service desk to another level. So if interested please reach out. I think Jira is also the best at what it does. My favorite help desk software by far. Now if we can make it MSP savy there might be a big market to get to reach out to.

@Aaron Geister Thank you very much for the invitation. There are a lot of interesting directions and projects, but there is so little time. 

I now plan to focus on solutions that are already on the market and that are close to publication. So I will definitely not be able to participate in new projects until the end of this year.

As soon as I have free time, I will be happy to discuss this idea and, if possible, participate in the implementation. 🤩
