why Reorder fields for custom field is not working ?

According to https://blog.trello.com/trello-custom-fields-with-mobile-more-fields-api 

Reorder fields: Drag and drop fields in the settings menu to reorder them on the card back, allowing you to surface the most important information in the order you see best.

 

I've tried to reorder fields with Edge, Chrome browser and mobile apps but it not working for me. 

Anyone can help ?

Found the answer. In order to reorder, you have to click on the icon instead of the text.
