Currently i use Trello internally to manage my team, but we are trying to find a plataform similar to it that enables us to solve tickets from our clientes. Not sure if there is a plug-in that i can pay that creates new features to the platform, but i'm looking for it...
Yes, however it depends what you want to track, how many tickets... etc. Below is a example how you can set up your trello board.
Overall I personally prefer Jira for that or Jira Service Desk to be more specific, but if you prefer to do it in Trello that is fine. Just configure and start using. Then you would see if this is good or bad for you.

has allowed me to set up a shared HelpDesk system for a couple of my clients.
The caveat is that it only works with Gmail. In the past I've also integrated HelpScout so that all new conversations create cards with links back to the conversation but the latest version I mentioned above is superior because you can reply to conversations directly from the Trello cards.
