How to automate text from description into CUSTOM field?

Hi, I have set up a wordpress site with a Conctact form on it. The WP site send email into my trello board and I retrieve the contact information about the client into the description field.

The subject on the email is the clients name, thats OK. Now, how do I turn the message body content into the custom field?

I saw two possibilites, but I cannot manage them:

1. formatting the email right

2. automation: when card description is created in this list >>> than fill in custom field XY...

yet, none of these seems to be possible. Any help please?

Definitely doable since the description field is structured and hence you can use something like when card with description containing "Name: {}\nEmail: {}\n....etc} and then using {wildcard2} (for example) to set you CF email.
