Seems the free account limitations have recently changed. The pricing page only shows “Up to 10 boards per Workspace” but does not say how many workspaces you can have. It does say only the top tier has unlimited workspaces, but doesn’t show limits on the other account types.
Old documentation and search results say there is no limit.
But I cannot create a second workspace. I have no other collaborators. I’ve read others saying the same thing in the last month or so.
Is the free account now limited to a single workspace, and therefore 10 boards in total?
My understanding is that the only change has been to collaborator limits (members + guests)
That is, each account can be in as many workplaces as they want.
But that each free workplace can only have 10 simultaneously open boards, and 10 collaborators total.
Just today I created 2 new workspaces, enabled the free trial, then deleted the workspaces, with no problems. (wanted to check the Calendar feature and if it was worth upgrading one of my workspaces for it or not. Then doing it again to give my coworker a look). And I'm currently in like 7 workspaces.
What happens when you try to create a new workspace? Does it give you a specific error message? (of note, you need to select the workspace type, or it doesn't allow you to click Continue, which is the only possible roadblock coming to mind)

That’s from 2 years ago, and I believe things have changed since then.
