Hi everyone
I recently started using Trello and like it quiet a lot. I use the Power-Up 'Custom Fields' and noticed that there is no list type. Is there a reason for this? I would love to be able to add a list field to my cards.
Kind regards,
Simon
When you click the custom field powerup on the back of the card you will see a + New Field. When you click that you will find one of two lists. The first is a standard checklist the second and probably what you looking for is called Dropdown within that a field will open a field called Options. There you will fill the values for your list. Please note you may edit those fields anytime. Hope this helps.
Hi Mark
Thanks for your reply. Both the 'Checkbox' and the 'Dropdown' types are not what I need. I would like to have a custom field where I can select multiple entries for each card. For example a dropdown with multi-selection or simply a field where i can manually enter multiple entries. Even the type text would be sufficient if it could have more than one line:
Custom Field X:
-bli
-bla
-blu
I hope you understand what I mean.
Kind regards,
Simon

@Lynxxx I get what you mean, unfortunately this feature isn't available, you can submit a feature request here:

In the meantime, you can just use markdown formatting to create a list in the description:
