Hi
I would like to compare custom field & due date with butler.
Is it possible ?
Hi @Ludo !
Yes, you can do this, but what you'll have to do is make your Due Date a custom field value as well.
My suggestion would be to set up these custom fields:
You can then tell Butler to automatically fill in the Due Date custom field when a due date is applied, so that step is automated. Then, you can use your other custom field however you like. And finally, you can have a rule that fills in custom field #3 when custom field #2 has content, and it can fill in custom field #3 with the difference between the two.
THEN, you can have a rule that runs when the content of custom field #3 matches whatever criteria you want.
So, it's not the easiest setup, but once you have it going it'll do what you want!
Hope this helps! If you need help actually writing the Commands, I'm happy to assist. Just share a few more details on your setup and we can get it working for you :)
