Choose - not cross out tasks

I would like to "choose" a task från a checklist and do not want it to be "crossed out". The "crossing out" make it seem like tha task is done, but I would like it to look like i've chosen the specifik task. 

Can i just get a "check" on tasks instead of getting the whole task crossed out?

Hi @Olivia Holm 

There is no native option to check off checklist items without striking them through. Though, you can explore options like "Trello No Strikethrough" Chrome extension, which removes the strikethrough effect from completed checklist items.
