Cannot reopen closed board

Cannot reopen board although I'm an admin of the workspace it wouldn't let me remove the existing members either which it keeps saying when i attempt to reopen.

Yes I tried that already did my research. It was a free board so whenever I attempt to reopen it says there's more than 10 Collaborators whenever I click on someone name it doesn't give me the option to remove or kick regular members two other admins of the board tried the same thing and same result we cannot remove the other members.

Collaborators are not per board, they are per workspace, you will have to remove a member from the space, read this article for more information
