Atlassian Team members are employees working across the company in a wide variety of roles.

@Kevin Davis After the limit goes into the effect, you would not be able to add an 11th collaborator to a free Workspace. If you wanted to add an 11th collaborator, you would need to upgrade the Workspace to any of Trello's paid plans. Upgrades apply to the entire Workspace rather than to individual users.
However, that doesn't mean that all users have to be paid for as part of that bill. That depends on these criteria:
Members of the Workspace itself are always billable
Guests of the Workspace are billable if they are members of more than one board. If the guest is only on one board, they're free.

@Bryan Gilbert - EdEHR Are these users being added as members to the board or Workspace, or is a public board that anyone can comment on?
A user who is not a member of the Workspace or any board within that Workspace is not counted as a collaborator. So, if I leave a comment on a public board that I'm not a member of, I wouldn't be counted as a collaborator in the Workspace that board belongs to.
If these users are being added as members of the board, they will count as collaborators. If they are no longer actively contributing, you could remove them from the boards and workspace. Once they're removed, they'll no longer count toward the collaborator limit, and you won't lose any of their contributions to the boards they belonged to (such as cards they created or comments they made).
Hey team, trying to get our members down to 10 people right now but the user who created the board can't seem to remove themselves, despite everyone else being Admins and not being able to remove them either. Any advice for getting this last person removed?
I can't really do the math and want support from Atlassian/Trello. We have several workspaces, boards and users. about 5 of the boards across our ecosystem have more than ten collaborators/guests. How many paid accounts do i need to get? I don't know!
@Erika Storli im have an Atlassian account and my organisation has paid to access other platforms such as JIRA. Will I be able to get Trello premium as part of paid package?
I have a member of Trello who is admin on a board I use, and also created another 9 boards under the same organisation account. She has left the organisation, and so does not have access to the work email she was joined under and cannot remove/delete her membership, nor can she handover admin for the board i use. How can i takeover admin rights for the board, and remove her, so that we can ensure we are under 10 users?
Hello community! My question is related to one account which company are using for internal. We are using one workspace where are 7 boards. I am writing to seek clarification on how Trello identifies 'collaborators'. Specifically, I have noticed that the total count of collaborators on my account includes guests as well.
As this may potentially impact the accuracy of monthly calculations, I would appreciate a better understanding of why guests are included in the collaborators list.
Also, if 5 people in our company invited to 7 boards, as a managers. Should they have a standard or premium account? It will be helpful, if you can provide example of calculations for different cases. Thank you for your attention to this matter.
How can I get in touch with Support? Keeps sending me to these community pages when I look for 'Contact us' function. I am admin on most of our boards, but my previous boss forgot to transfer 2 of the boards to me. And now I can not remove him from our workspace.
Need to clean up our list of members - you all know why
This is soo frustrating! On a volunteer basis, I lead a project with 12 team members for an international non-profit registered in Belgium. My project has been running with Trello for over a year, and it will run for at least another year. So this policy change is a very nasty surprise. What would be my best option in the given situation?
My company will now upgrade to Premium. Up to now, we have sometimes allowed customers to be guests on our boards. However, we are wondering to what extent the tariff will then also include these users who are not part of our organization. Who can we talk to in order to get a concrete price offer and details on the conditions?
As a team, we currently have a Workspace with 4 members, and within that Workspace, we manage 9 boards. Each board contains around 15 people. All of us are using the free version of Trello. Should we consider upgrading to a paid plan? If so, how much would it cost? It isn´t enough clear for me yet
