hi i think that roles and responsibilities play a major role in team effectiveness because it gives everyone the roles and each member can go over role and share in real time with confluence with the board for brain storming while in a group meeting and i don't have a team to its just me an i don't know how to collaborate with people in the community

I will consider implementing the "Network of Teams" play from Atlassian to enhance collaboration. This play will encourages cross-team communication, fostering a dynamic network that shares knowledge and resources.
By breaking silos, teams will collaborate seamlessly, would lead to improved innovation and efficiency.
Really like the working agreement play where you set the stage and create a set of behavioral agreements. From one of my teachers I learned to set up a 'Code of Honor'. The 1st time I did this was amazing and made the team work better together. This is a really important piece of the puzzle in order to improve collaboration within teams.

I think my team would benefit a lot from playing roles and responsibilities, because it is very important that everyone is clear about what they have to do, their involvement in the team and the consequences of the work they do.
I liked the idea of Team Poster Play and the fact that you can share
The Roles and Responsibilities Play I think would benefit my team the most as we have all new QA resources on my team and I don't think everyone is clear on what their role is meant to do, nor what the individual responsibilities are. It's hard when you have multiple people playing the same role and that's where I think my team would benefit most from this play. I plan to run this play with my team during our next I&P sprint. Thanks for the great training!
I think my team would benefit from a clear working agreement - this is something that gets overlooked in every team I've been part of and it should be made a priority. It would provide clarity to all members and enable us to help our costumer in a streamlined approach.
The Roles and Responsibilities seems to be the most important play for our team today. Frequently, our team members go further than they should or let some jobs without resolution due the non definition of roles and responsibilities.
This situation causes other problems and make people uncomfortable to each other, less proactive and hesitating.
The Roles and Responsibilities Play will bring clarity and transparency to all team members.
I think my team can benefit from roles and responsibilities, as we are new team and clarifying each team's role and responsibility will be of great help to the success of our team.
Our organization has just restructured and we had several legacy projects that rolled over. During this time we were at a loss as to where to find the right resources to transfer responsibilities after launch. Utilizing a Network of Teams and then the Working Agreement plays would have been beneficial in establishing those new roles once we were notified of the changing structure instead of wasting time going from referral to referral.
There is often the perception that our vision and knowledge of the team is so obvious that everyone knows it. Defining roles and responsibilities, having a Team Poster is certainly something that also helps people who have been with the team for less time to have a clear perception of their role and who the other team players are. Thanks for the idea @Becky Mueller
I believe that an activity that some of my teams could benefit from would be the Roles & Responsibilities. I think it's important for everyone on the team to understand all the roles and what their responsibilities are in order to get the full picture of the project. As a team, we have one goal and we must achieve that goal together and I believe that understanding the full picture would assist in reaching that goal.
My software development team has experienced a lot of turn over in the last year and a half. We'll be starting with the team poster play and layering on from there. We have decided to start from the ground up and treat the team as new since the technology and agile or new to most of the team.
We have a small department right now of only 10 people, including the CTO. It's a pretty tight group and most have been here for some time. While I still think we could benefit from a Team Poster and Working Agreements play, our current struggle would most benefit from both the Roles and Responsibilities and Network of Teams plays.
We've had a tremendous amount of change over the last few years and we're all doing extra work for positions that have yet to be filled. I think a Roles and Responsibilities play would help us transition not only through the current workflow, but eventually move us into our future setup. I'm in the process of shaping new positions and nailing down how each current position covers the roles required for the work we do will allow me to properly create those new positions. Additionally, I think it would boost morale for team members to understand that what they are being asked to do now won't always be tasked to them.
Finally, a Network of Teams play would help foster the relationships we have with other departments. The goal of moving to Atlassian products was to move the entire org over to break down silos and increase efficiencies. This won't be system led, so it's important for my group to understand what relationships currently exist, their health, and how they can be improved by each member on the team.
As a global business our remote team could really benefit from all 4 plays. The first I think we should employ is working agreements. I believe our ways of working are not defined clearly and while we have good relationships we have some inconsistencies that could be improved on. Rituals for sprints, escalation of issues and our definition of done would benefit in that the play would be a great opportunity to identify and clarify any ambiguity & differences.
I'm in a new job since 1+ month and have no topics on mind regarding a Play, because I'm too fresh in the company. Disregarding that, I will definitely consider Plays with the team in the future.
Network of Teams for my teams. Most teams are already following a standard when it comes to roles or working agreements, but the alignments between teams is complex and easy to go off-course. Having a shared understanding of the most important teams we are working with, and who is the main contact for them, could really help reduce time and dependencies.
I have just been assigned a new team and I will be leading them through the Team Poster play as soon as possible. The company has recently shuffled the membership of many teams, this one included, and the Team Poster is an ideal way for all of us to get on the same page.
Like some of opinions here, every approach has its own benefits. And we have to push the best of it. I think the Working Agreements Play, gives a open and decided view of the fellings and desire of everybody involved in the project.
