I think it would be helpful to run the Customer Journey Mapping play with my team in order to get a clear picture of the product we're developing and how it would best help the user. Aside from that, it also helps to avoid their pain points from using the product and also reduces friction to ensure that their journey is seamless.
"Name at least one of the Strategic Guidance plays you intend to run with your team. Explain why and how."
I am planning to run the Customer Journey Mapping play as I see immense benefits for both the customer and the team taking part in the play - gaining a deeper understanding of UX. It's a play that enhances communication within the team as well.
Hi Teamwork Lab group! As a big advocate of KPI's in Value Management, the Goals, Signals and Measures play is my favorite tool to invite team and superiors in the decision process on defining and implementing the right KPI's. So much better when people understand the measures instead of "just being measured" by an anonymous group of managers.
Great course. My team can definitely benefit from the customer journey mapping, and the sentiment mapping in particular to see where our customer's largest pain points are.
This course was very enlightening and presented very useful tools for starting a project. I manage a team of 10 people who mostly work remotely and the use of DACI will undoubtedly help with greater engagement and planning. The team already works with trello, so the templates provided are a great asset.

Vision Creation is truly important to know that everyone pulls in the same direction and that the team is working on what matters. A critical and yet often skipped step when it comes to starting or steering a project

Hello, I plan on using the Goal, Signal, Measures strategy. My team has a current project that would benefit from having an even clearer understanding of what our goals will be long term or even as we adjust them when the project is up and running.
I have a very new and young team, so I'm going to start with Vision Creation to provide them a sense of ownership of our goals. After that, we'll work through the rest.
The vision creation, Goals, Signals and Measures is a great start for defining the purpose of our work as a team and drive accountability to deliver outcomes that provide value to the customer and the business. DACI is also key for removing the decision fatigue.
I plan to utilize customer journey mapping play as we focus on fulfilling our clients' needs and answer their questions. This would help us to navigate their journey better.
To be honest, I'm not quite sure. Probably would start with vision creation, because that's not clearly defined, at the moment it's more a foggy one. But th jis shouldn't be a big thing in our case I guess. But then we would directly and necessarily come to goals, signals and measures.
I would play DACI Decision making framework. It will be suitable for my sprint team where everyone has defined roles and we want to share all the information at same level n keep transparent, to make effective and efficient group decision. Thanks
I am responsible for a team that produces and distributes boxes of fresh vegetables in our city and the sourroundings. I would like to try the customer journey play with them to see, what are the touchpoints and what are we exactly doing in this process to add customer value. After that I will checkt the results with some real customers (reality check).
