I have a Next-gen project setup as a Kanban project. I have configured my Workflow so that I have one status in the "to-do" category, multiple ones the "in-progress" categories, and one for the "done" category. My board shows all of these status values as columns from left to right, and they are in the correct order (they way I want them displayed on the board).
We started to notice - that the amount of done tickets started constantly decrease into “Done” column. Could you please advise why it happens since we don't delete any “done” tickets.
Since we need to have a complete project documentation, incl. all tickets.

Issues which have been resolved for more than 14 days are removed from the "Done" column automatically.
These issues are still possible to locate via issue search or the issue navigator (if this Feature is activated for your project), but won't be visible on the board.
