Where are project settings for next-gen?

I'm in a next-gen board, and I don't seem to be able to edit anything, nor find the project settings to move forward and use this board.

I will try to attach a screenshot of what I see in this board

Please provide a screenshot.

You are the creator of the project? NG projects do not have permission scheme.

NG projects are simplify.  The settings of the project are few comparing to the old one. 

The available roles for NG project are:

Administrator

Viewer 

Member

If you're not the one who created the project you should ask to change your role, maybe you are just a viewer.
