Road Map Issues mapped to Board

I've entered a number of issues under an Epic in the road map, however the issues haven't been added to my board. Is there a way to see them on both screens?

Hi @awheeler

I'm a product manager for the roadmap experience in Jira Software and I'd love to help you out here.

Could you first verify if you have chosen a scrum project? If so, your issues won't show up on your board until you start your sprint.

If this is still a problem, please share some screenshots so I can help you out!

Cheers,

Hi @Erika Sa ,

How do I know if it is a scrum project? Our IT department set up the project for me. All I can see is that it is a next-gen project.

I have the option to enable sprint, but when I did I lost all board data
