Moving from Jira Cloud Free to Jira Cloud Standard

We are planning to move from Jira Cloud Free to Jira Cloud Standard in the very near future. What will happen to any existing projects and users we have created in the Cloud Free account?

Hi,

If you are using JIRA StandAlone, then you can inform respected person to change it physically from backend server and restart the instance.

However, this is not possible to change for JIRA OnDemand due to restricted functions.
