We tried to split our JIRA instance as specified in the documents posted on the web by Atlassian but were not succesful installing the second instance and make it work. How can I submit a log of the problems we encountered and have someone advise us on what needs to be done?

Is there way to show subtask in an epic with JQL on Nextge.

I understand epiclink nor parentepic don't work on Nextgen.

So I use parent = "EPIC-1234".

But "parent" does't show subtasks in an epic.
