How to I copy epic from classic to next gen project for free version.

I want to only add(copy/) epic from classic project to Next Gen.Dont want to remove epic create a duplicate copy in next gen.

I have also imported epic but not sure how to import epic on next gen.. looks like free version does not allow to import , cannot find import feature in next gen.

There is only one "GUI", and fields belong to issues that all use that GUI to interact with the users, so I'm not sure what you're actually asking here.  Epic, story and others are all types of issue - could that be what you've missed?

Add custom fields to the system, tell JIRA which issue types and projects they belong to, add them to the screens you want them to appear on, and they will be offered to the users as defined.
