How can I display a custom field in the card of a next-gen board?

I added custom fields to the tasks in a next-gen board and I would like to have some of them instantly visible when checking the board overview.

In classic projects I would go to 'Board settings' and then 'card layout' to add a custom field to the card.

How can I do this in a next-gen project?
