No custom field "Dropdown" to add in Agility project

I tried to add a custom dropdown field in Agility Project, but I couldn't find that. If it is not there, can you add that?

Same problem here. Still no answer.

Same problem. Workflow is inactive. No button to publish.

I just came across the same issue and looking for an answer. Its browser independent.
