When I try to sort issues, the issues disappear. I have a list of issue (see attachment 1) and I click the due date/time tab to sort, and the issues just disappear (see attachment 2)Sometimes it works but the past 2 days it has been doing this

I cannot enable epic issue type for the new scrum and kanban template

I am new to Jira cloud, and I spent over 3 hours trying to enable Epic.

I verified that the old scurm and kanban templates give me Epic issue type, but no luck with the new ones.

Project settings -> Issue type only has Story, Bug and Task.

Could I get some help?

Hmm. No attachments, so I am a bit lost. What area of jira are you in? What due date tab? Are you using on demand?

Interesting - I'm not sure what you mean by "tab" though - do you mean you're clicking on the "due date/time" sort button at the top of the issue list?
