Add Developer in Jira Service Desk next gen

In classic JSD projects I can add team members as developers to comment internally on SD issues. In next gen projects I do not find this option.

Does anybody know how to manage it?

We had to develop a custom solution. Exported the content out of Bugzilla, converted it for JIRA's consumption and then imported it.

quite old question, but the problem is still present. Did you find any solution how to migrate Depends on / blocks into separate issue link types?
