Problems with custom fields

Hi everybody,

in a next-gen kanban project, I wanted to add a custom field to a ticket type. The "meaming" of the field is the concept of "partecipant".

So I added a "people" field, the field appears in tickets but apparentely I can't set it with a team member (i only get a empty list). Has someone the same issue? What am i doing wrong?

Thanks in advance, best regards.

I have the same issue and posted a related question today.

https://community.atlassian.com/t5/Jira-questions/Anyone-using-the-quot-People-quot-field-in-a-Next-Gen-Jira-issue/qaq-p/995626

I would like to use this to add QA and DEV resource leads to the issue.
