No Kanban boards in next-gen projects

Hi all,

Why are no Kanban boards anymore in the Jira next-gen projects?
Are they not very much essential? :)

...or maybe I missed them somehow somewhere...?

Thanks a lot for any hint,

Dimitri

Is Kanban enabled as a project setting for this project?

Can you still create Next-Gen projects with the Kanban template?

There is no option to enable Kanban boards. At least I do not see any such thing.

Hi @Dimitri Rupp

Apart from being able to add the backlog issues in board, everything is good with the next-nen kanban project.

You can enable the backlog in the features option in the project settings tab, this is how Atlassian has designed next-gen projects.

Thanks,
Pramodh
