Is there a way to resize images when they are added into the description?

Why has JIRA made the decision to make images appear massive when adding images within the description body? Each time I add an image they appear enlarged and there does not appear to be any way to resize? In the old JIRA version they would appear thumbnail sized which was ideal.

Hi Chris,

Sorry to report that next-gen project do not currently offer this ability.   However I can certainly see why this would be useful, and yes classic projects do have a way to do this (It is not drag and drop per se, but you can use the wiki markup to use the width tag to adjust this).  So I created a new feature request for this in JSWCLOUD-18581

No idea if this suggestion will be implemented into next-gen projects, but at least now that we have the request this is something that you can watch and vote on.   I hope this helps.

Andy

Thanks Andy, much appreciated!
