Next-Gen projects are still under development and, as you can read in the below pages only a subset of the reports available for Classic project are currently available for Next-Gen:

This is because the reports shown in your screenshot (the ones under the "Forecast & management" voice in English) are actually depending on Time Tracking and Time Estimation and, as you can see in the Public Roadmap for Jira Software Next-Gen, while Time Tracking has already been shipped, Time Estimation is still in the work and it is expected to be released in 2020.
