How to configure auto timer to stop when a case is assigned to another user

I have auto time tracking enabled to where each user starts and stops the timer while working on a case (not status driven). Is it possible to have the timer auto stop when the jira is assigned to another user?

@Michelle Salguero

You can try SLA Time and Report app. It allows tracking SLA time for Jira cloud issues. As triggers for start\stop of time calculation, you can configure any issue field, including assignee.
