How do I display multiple workstreams on a next-gen board?

I may not be describing this accurately, but I'm a new administrator of Jira.  My team has an existing next-gen project board and they want to add two workstreams or categories or components of work to the board.  Similar to this screen shot that shows Expedite and Everything Else.  How do I do this?

Select the Kanban Board -> Configuration-> Swimlane -> 
There are 2 swimlanes which are already given in JIRA that you mentioned as per screenshot which you need to enable. 
1. Expedite : priority = highest (This will show all the task with highest priority)
2. everything else : This will show all the task other than highest priority. 

Note - You can make customized swimlanes as per your requirement in the same setting.
