Dragging a card above another card on a next gen project board doesn't hold

Edited

When I am looking at my next gen project board, there are some cards that I want done before others so I drag those cards to the top of a column on the board, however, on refresh, the card returns back to its original position in the column.

How do I maintain the rank of a card on a next gen board? If I can drag a card above another, I would assume, that the order can change and remain

Extra info:

I've noticed that this only happens with task issue type cards and other custom issue type cards.

So if I have 4 cards in my column: Story, Bug, Task, Task.

I drag the last Task card from the bottom of the column to between the story and bug at position 2, on refresh, the task card reverts back to the bottom of the list.
