Creating Status Reports

Hi-I'm looking for advice on how to create a status report using a tag or epic for non-jira users. We installed the Email This Issue app to email outside users but haven't found an easy way to create a list of issues and the statuses of those issues. This will be used to regularly update department leads on the progress of their requests.

@Julia Ramsey  - Might be easier to create a filter for the department leads and have them subscribe or you can subscribe them to the filter. Those issues will be sent at the interval you have set.

You can use the label field to tag the issues for your query lookup.

This should take care of what you mention above. Hope this helps.
