Hi!
My customers wants to be able to close incidents/issues that they have sent to our Jira Serve Desk. And for that to work, if I understand this correct; I need to create a workflow scheme. Yes?
I've tried using these guides but they seem outdated as I cant associate a workflow scheme with a project, or create an active workflow scheme: https://confluence.atlassian.com/adminjiracloud/configuring-workflow-schemes-776636598.html
https://confluence.atlassian.com/adminjiracloud/managing-your-workflows-776636587.html#Managingyourworkflows-associatingworkflowschemetoproject
How do I solve this?
BR David
Hi @David Lundell ,
Schemes are tied to Classic projects and allow sharing of configurations between projects. Next-Gen project configurations are all local to the project instead of being shared.
The feature you're looking for is making a customer-visible transition which is not yet available for Next-Gen. You can track and vote for this issue here: https://jira.atlassian.com/browse/JSDCLOUD-8212
