Completed items no longer show in Next-gen backlog

Previously issues within a sprint that were status Done would show with a line through them.  Now they don't show at all and you can only view them with a search or with "Test View by Issues".  The product manager prefers it the previous way, any method of putting it back?

Hi Chris,

Welcome to the Atlassian Community! I hope you are having a nice day.

Next-gen projects are a simpler option to manage your work, so it does have a limited number of customization and features.

For now, this is the expected behavior for each project template:

Scrum:

The done issues will disappear once the Sprint is completed.

Kanban:

If you have Sprints enabled, it should follow the same logic as the Scrum template.

if you don't have Sprints enabled, the done issues will be automatically removed from your next-gen board after 14 days, including from the backlog view.

Let me know if this information helps.

Looking forward to hearing from you.

Cheers,

Carlos
