Cannot log time in Tempo on laptops

We are unable to enter time or see time sheets using Tempo from laptops.  We are able to do this from PCs.  This is a new problem. The network is the same.

Welcome to the community. Is there a specific error message that you see? Can you describe the behavior you are seeing?

There is no error message just the circle with the check that keeps spinning
