Our Customer service team are keen for emails to be sent to the entire team when an update is made to the ticket - can we set the team we have created for them as a watcher on each ticket?
what you could do is to create a "Team"-user for who you have the teams mail-distribution address configured and add this user as a watcher. Alternatively you may add a script into the create transition which automatically adds watchers, but this requires additional plugins such as scriptrunner.
