Hello, I advise that I have setup an automation that takes the project due date and moves all tasks that are due 5 days prior to the due date to a ''At Risk'' Section of the board. The automation is working however, how can I make it to be 5 working days prior to the due date not just 5 consecutive days. Excluded the weekend. Thank you
Hi Sally - Welcome to the Atlassian Community!
Use a JQL condition in your Scheduled trigger instead of adding the other condition. It should look something like:
duedate > startOfToday(-5) and statusCategory != Done
Thanks so much John, for the warm welcome. Great to be apart of the community. Thank you for your support. Would this query also factor in working days only? Thank you
