As an administrator, how do I default the next-gen project's access to "Limited" instead of "Open"?

Is there a global setting to do this? I know I can limit who can create next-gen projects, but I'd like to avoid defaulting them to "Open" or even better administratively restricting the availability of the "Open" option. Is this possible?

Hello Seejo and welcome to Atlassian Community!

You have three options for Next-Gen projects: Open, Limited and Private.

In this case, you must choose between Limited and Private. The difference is that Limited will allow anyone to view and comment on issues and Private will allow only people that admins add to the project to view and edit issues.

To change the configuration, please go to the Project settings > Details > Access.
