is there a way to customize the Subscribe form?

Hello, 

My case is that we have customers from different regions (EASTUS, EMEA, APAC..).

Currently, the only option for customers is to subscribe by email only,

We would like to have the option to send a notification only to those in the region and not to all customers, from the backend portal, we can not identify which customers belong to which region (we only get their emails).

 

Can you advise how you would implement such a demand?

Hi @Dudi Glasswien ,

If you allow users to subscribe to individual components, that would allow you to set up a unique component for each region (EASTUS, EMEA, APAC..) and then the user could subscribe to components for only their region.

Thanks, John, I've tried to create a component for a group, but I still could not find on the status page the option to subscribe to a specific component (the subscribe button opened the same form with an input to add email only).

Am I missing anything?

Hi @Dudi Glasswien ,

After you enter the email, you'll be given an option to select the individual components for that user.
