New Relic Integration - reporting Services availability

So I can see I can report on my website status using Synthetics and I can report live service metrics through APM but I actually want to drive status on those metrics e.g. Support Service Throughput is < 10 = on Status Page: Service degraded. Throughput over 100 = Fully Operational etc. Is there a way to do this? I don't want to see the actual metric on the page, just react to it. Can I attach this to the appropriate Alerts condition Policy?

Thanks

Hi @gavin.langford -

There currently isn't a workaround for using APM to update components. Using New Relic Synthetics is the only option for alert parsing. If you open up a ticket with us here, we're happy to create a feature request for your use case.
