Hi, I had some issues with Win10 and I work now on new installation of win 10.
I try to reinstall SourceTree but when I execute the application and click on "use a existing account " I have a white scrren and when I click on "go to my atlassian" I see that support expire avril 2018 , but I use that in May so I don't know why it can't install now ?
Hi @nina_bernard,
And welcome to the Atlassian Community.
See if the workarounds mentioned in this thread helps, https://community.atlassian.com/t5/Sourcetree-questions/Source-tree-doesn-t-work-on-windows-10/qaq-p/659483
Sourcetree relies on Internet Explorer to access https://id.atlassian.com/ to validate your account, so you could try and see if you can get to that URL directly from IE.
Hi Mikael
Tnank you for your answer, I try the first possibility but it isn't working.
It's weird because it was working before on my old win10.
