I have system helpdesk on jira, user create task on Jira, but I need solution when user send emila od helpdesk address and task will be create automaticly, jira have this capabilities ?

I know one JIRA Cloud add-on with the capabilities to automatically create issues on the basis of any users idea posted on feedback forum.

You can use JEMH plugin to create issues automatically via emails

You should now investigate whether your requirements are met by the functionality provided in JIRA Service Desk which provides multiple channels for reporting issues including email, customer portals etc.
