Which time zone is used by Jira to convert date string in rest?

Hi,

I am parsing the JIRA REST issue result.

For all date time attributes, like created, updated date, the date string is converted with time zone informaiton. For example, "2012-09-12T23:25:31.923+0200".

I confirmed, neither to change server machine timezone nor to change the Jira default user time zone in administration will change the date string.

So my question is, which time zone is used by Jira in rest to convert date? where I can configure it?

Thanks & Regards,

Yaoyu

Just confirmed, the time zone is used is the server timezone, not the default time zone.
